Anouki
Creature Type: Humanoid.
Size: Small or Medium, chosen when you select this lineage.
Speed: 30 feet.
Life Span: Anouki age similarly to humans.
As an Anouki, you have the following special traits:
Insulating Body: You have resistance to cold damage. In addition your Hit Point Maximum increases by 1, and it increases by 1 again whenever you gain a level.
Truthspeaker: You gain proficiency in Diplomacy. When making a Persuasion check and telling the truth you may add double your proficiency bonus to that check. In addition you have disadvantage on Deception checks when telling lies verbally.
Frigid Spellcasting: You know the Cryonis cantrip. Starting at 3rd level, you can cast the Fog Cloud spell and once you reach 5th level you can cast the Snilloc’s Snowball Swarm spell. Whenever you finish a long rest you may replace these spells with any other spell of the same level that deals cold damage. Once you cast a 1st or 2nd level spell with this trait, you can’t cast that Spell with it again until you finish a Long Rest; however, you can cast the Spell using any Spell Slots you have of the appropriate level. You choose between Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma as your spellcasting ability for these spells at first level.

Darkvision: You have Darkvision with a range of 60 feet.
Snow Walk: When on ice or snow your movement speed increases by 20 feet and you ignore difficult terrain and negative weather effects from ice and snow.
Abominable: You have advantage on Strength checks made to break objects. As a bonus action you can fill yourself with rage, increasing your size by one category, granting you advantage on all Strength and Constitution checks and saving throws, and increasing your movement speed for the next minute. You may only use this action once before needing a Long Rest to use this feature again.
Heavy Fur: You have resistance to Cold damage. When not wearing armor your AC becomes 13 + your Dexterity modifier.

Each creature within a 15 foot cone of you must make a Strength Saving Throw against a DC equal to 8 + your Constitution modifier + your Proficiency Bonus. On a failed save, a creature is pulled up to 15 feet to the nearest unoccupied space adjacent to you.
